The website presents the company, its identification details and published documents. It has no online shop, payment, booking or automatic contract-conclusion facility. Sending an enquiry does not by itself conclude a contract.

We aim to provide clear, current information. Contact the company if you identify an error. Read official published documents and their specific conditions in full; presentation summaries and translations do not replace the originals.
Procurement and the funded project
Procurement is governed by the published notices, specifications, clarifications and deadlines. The general contact form does not replace the submission channel or conditions specified in procurement documents. Consult the Romanian originals if presentation translations differ.
Permitted use
You may browse the website and download public documents without an account. Cyberattacks, spam, unauthorised access and unlawful or dangerous files or disclosures are prohibited. Attachment limits are shown before submission.
Photography and rights
Solar-panel photographs are illustrative stock images, not evidence of an investment's location or completion. Images, logos, fonts and other materials belong to their respective rights holders and are used under applicable rights. Downloading a public document does not transfer rights in photographs or logos.
Availability and external links
Maintenance or technical issues may interrupt access. External links, including maps and institutions, open services with their own rules. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or restrict visitors' statutory rights.
Applicable law and updates
